This website is provided by Northcard Holding B.V.. These terms cover the website; the app terms cover the Prompt service and subscriptions, and website privacy explains website data use.

Product information and examples

The website describes Prompt. Illustrative screens, events, prices and places explain the product; they do not reserve a ticket or guarantee an event's availability. Available subscriptions and their actual price, currency, trial and billing period are shown in the app and store before purchase. Verify third-party activity details with the organizer or seller before relying on an example, travelling or spending money.

We aim to keep product descriptions accurate. These terms do not excuse a misleading description, change an offer you already accepted or remove your mandatory consumer rights.

Material and permitted use

Our original website material and design belong to us or our licensors. You may read the site, link to it and use quotations within applicable legal exceptions. Do not resell, republish substantial parts as your own, bypass access controls or interfere with the website. Third-party names and material remain their owners' property. A named event's sponsor is not necessarily a sponsor of Prompt; names and links do not imply endorsement or an official relationship.

Report a content, privacy or intellectual-property concern through our content-reporting route. Include the relevant page or item, the issue and enough contact information to investigate.

External links and availability

External organizers, stores and other websites operate independently and under their own terms. We do not guarantee their content, availability or performance. We may update or maintain this site and do not promise uninterrupted availability. We remain responsible for our own breach or fault where applicable law requires, and do not limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

Dutch law governs these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections or access to competent courts in your country or state.
