These terms govern the Prompt service provided by Northcard Holding B.V. ("Prompt", "we" or "us"). Please read them before accepting them or purchasing a subscription. The offer you confirm in the app forms part of your subscription agreement. Our privacy notice explains personal-data use; accepting these terms does not give consent to optional analytics or marketing.

The service you receive

Prompt helps you discover and plan activities through a personal selection, questions, saves, plans and watches. Some setup is available before sign-in. Reading personal picks requires a Prompt account and verified subscription access or an applicable complimentary grant. Available features and coverage are described in the app; a subscription does not include admission, tickets, reservations, travel or purchases from another business.

You need a compatible iOS or Android device and an internet connection for sign-in, purchase checks and new recommendations. Check the release's device requirements and the coverage offered for your chosen cities before subscribing. Coverage varies by city and source; a subscription does not guarantee a minimum number of suitable events unless the accepted offer expressly promises one.

Prompt is for personal, noncommercial use by people aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate account information and have authority to use your payment account. Keep your sign-in access secure and contact us if you suspect misuse. Subscriptions and restoration are tied to the original Prompt account; do not share or resell account access.

Recommendations, AI and third-party activities

Prompt combines third-party information with automated ranking and AI-generated explanations. It offers suggestions, not a promise that a particular activity will suit you, be available or produce a particular outcome. Coverage is selective rather than exhaustive. Information, translations and AI answers can be incomplete or mistaken, and prices, opening times, dates and availability can change. Verify important details with the official organizer or seller before travelling or spending money. Prompt is not an emergency service or a source of medical, legal or financial advice.

Prompt is not a ticket seller, venue, organizer or booking agent. Following an external booking or purchase link takes you to a separate business and contract. That business handles its activity, eligibility rules, payment and booking remedies. Prompt does not guarantee that business's performance, safety or availability. This does not remove our responsibility for the Prompt service or for any misleading information for which we are legally responsible.

A watch or reminder does not reserve admission or establish eligibility. Notification delivery depends on device settings, network conditions and delivery services and may be delayed or unavailable; check the official source when timing matters.

We do not sell ranking positions or accept payment to promote a recommendation. An event's title may contain its own sponsor's name; that does not establish sponsorship of Prompt, affiliation or endorsement by its organizer or sponsor. Third-party names, photographs and other material remain their owners' property.

To report an inaccurate listing, inappropriate personal information or a rights concern, use content reports. You do not need a subscription or Prompt account to contact us.

Your questions and instructions

You may submit private questions, preferences, instructions and feedback. Prompt does not provide public posts, reviews or file uploads. Keep submissions lawful and do not include passwords, payment-card details or information about another person that you have no right to share. Sensitive personal traits are not supported as profile instructions; describe the activity you want instead.

You retain any rights you have in your submissions. You allow us and the suppliers described in the privacy notice to process, store and adapt them only as needed to provide your requested features, handle support, maintain service security and meet legal duties. This permission does not give us ownership, a right to publish your private questions or permission to train AI models on them. Storage and deletion follow the privacy notice and applicable law.

If you voluntarily send an idea or suggestion about improving Prompt, you allow us to use that idea to improve the product without payment or an obligation to implement it. You remain free to use or share the idea yourself. This does not permit publication of your personal information or private conversations, model training on them, or use of material you have no right to authorize.

Permitted use and service protection

We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use Prompt for its intended personal purposes while these terms and your access entitlement permit it. Prompt's software, design and original material belong to us or our licensors. This permission does not allow resale, bulk extraction or republication of our catalogue, unauthorized access, bypassing access controls or usage limits, or interference with another person's use. Rights that applicable law gives you, including lawful exceptions to intellectual-property restrictions, remain intact.

Do not use Prompt for fraud, unlawful or harmful requests, unauthorized security testing, or automated requests that place an unreasonable load on the service. We may apply reasonable rate limits and anti-abuse measures to keep access fair and the service reliable. Prompt does not promise unlimited AI requests. Material limits must remain consistent with the paid offer you accepted. Contact support to report a security problem or seek authorization for testing.

Weekly subscriptions and trials

Purchases are through Apple or Google while signed in to your Prompt account. We do not offer direct web checkout. The purchase screen and store confirmation show the actual localized price, currency, tax treatment and billing period. The euro offer, where available, is €2.10 charged each week. Prices in other storefronts can differ. Check the actual offer before confirming payment.

Where the store confirms eligibility, an offer may include a 14-day free trial followed by weekly billing. Trials are not guaranteed for returning or otherwise ineligible customers. The subscription renews automatically at the disclosed price unless you cancel before the store's renewal deadline. The store confirmation identifies when the first charge occurs. Existing complimentary access is unbilled and does not establish trial eligibility.

Cancel future renewal through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings; Settings → Subscription in Prompt provides the management route. Apple advises cancelling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the verified paid period ends; refunds or store revocation can change that entitlement. We do not charge an additional cancellation fee.

Deleting the app or your account, or withdrawing AI permission, does not cancel store renewal. Manage renewal separately. Support, subscription management and privacy requests remain available when paid access expires or personalization is paused. Restore purchases using the original Prompt account. If a purchase is still being checked, check its status or contact support before purchasing again; an interrupted confirmation does not establish that no charge occurred. We do not promise to transfer a purchase between unrelated accounts.

Apple and Google process store payments under their applicable terms. They may retain transaction records and administer refund requests. Store procedures do not remove our obligations to you or your mandatory consumer remedies. We will provide required confirmations and notices or arrange for them through the relevant store. A price increase is not authorized merely by accepting these terms: we will follow applicable notice, consent and cancellation requirements.

Your receipt and the store's country-specific terms identify the seller of the store transaction, which may be an Apple or Google entity. Northcard provides the Prompt discovery service. Our withdrawal page distinguishes store purchase procedures from requests concerning your contract with us.

We may propose a future renewal-price change to reflect changes in service-delivery costs, taxes or regulatory requirements, or a material change to the offered features. The notice will explain the reason, new price, effective date and your cancellation options. A change does not increase a charge for a period already purchased; required agreement and store protections still apply.

Withdrawal, refunds and service problems

A free trial and stopping renewal are separate from any statutory right to withdraw from the subscription contract. See withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form. Where an EU or UK withdrawal right applies, its period is generally 14 days from concluding the contract, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. Starting to use Prompt does not, by itself, waive that right. A renewed period is not automatically created by every weekly charge.

If Prompt does not conform to the agreement, contact support. Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to a correction, price reduction, termination, refund or compensation. EU consumers retain their digital-service conformity and update rights; UK consumers retain applicable rights concerning satisfactory digital content and services supplied with reasonable care and skill. We do not treat every digital purchase as nonrefundable or make a remedy depend on deleting your account. For store purchases, we will help with the appropriate refund route and any steps within our responsibility.

Maintenance, changes and ending access

We may maintain or adjust Prompt to address security, legal requirements, technical compatibility, source availability and service quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or every third-party feature. Changes to sources and individual event listings are part of a changing activities service. We will provide updates and remedies required for the service you bought.

For a material adverse change to paid features or terms, we will give appropriate advance notice explaining the change, its timing and your options, in a form you can keep where required. We will obtain agreement where required and provide any applicable right to cancel without penalty and receive a refund for affected prepaid access. Urgent security or legal changes may need immediate action. Changes do not retroactively remove an accrued claim or remedy.

Where EU digital-service modification rules apply, a change with more than a minor negative effect on access or use normally gives you 30 days to terminate without charge, counted from the later of receiving the required notice or the change taking effect. Applicable exceptions include continued access to the unchanged conforming service without extra cost. This is separate from cancelling future store renewal.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, a serious breach, unauthorized use or a threat to people or the service. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable chance to resolve it; urgent risks or legal restrictions may prevent advance notice. Contact support to challenge an error. If we discontinue paid service or end your access without a valid breach-related reason, we will provide the applicable notice and refund/remedies for unused paid access. Suspension does not itself cancel an Apple or Google renewal; contact us and manage that renewal separately.

Responsibility and limits

Prompt is a personal discovery service, not a guarantee of an event or booking. We are responsible for losses caused by our breach or fault to the extent applicable law requires. We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts or for losses we did not cause. Because we supply Prompt for personal use, we do not accept responsibility for business losses such as lost business profits, revenue or commercial opportunities where that exclusion is lawful.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer, privacy or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our use of suppliers does not remove our legal responsibility for our own service.

App licences, disputes and contact

App-store terms govern your download and store purchase. On Apple devices, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app licence where applicable; these terms govern the Prompt service and subscription. Apple and Google are not the providers of the Prompt discovery service.

Dutch law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections in your country or state of residence. You may bring a dispute before any court available to you under applicable law. Contact hello@tryprompt.app first if you would like us to investigate or resolve a complaint; this does not prevent you from using a legal remedy or applicable consumer dispute-resolution route.

We may transfer the Prompt business and this agreement as part of a genuine restructuring or sale, including to a dedicated operating company, provided your contractual protections are not reduced. We will notify you of the new provider and any relevant personal-data responsibilities, obtain consent where required, and honor any applicable termination rights. A revenue milestone does not itself change your contracting company. If a term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent the agreement can lawfully continue.
