Reading the website
Fonts, styles and illustrations are served with the site. Hosting and network providers handle your network address and request information to deliver pages and protect the service. We use this processing for our legitimate interests in providing a reliable, secure website.
Event artwork can load directly from the credited publisher’s image host. That host receives the network information needed to deliver the image. We do not send the shared page’s address as a referrer.
Optional website analytics
Only if you choose “Allow analytics”, we use PostHog’s EU service to understand visits, campaign sources, sections viewed, download-button clicks and availability enquiries. We record browser and device categories, a random browser identifier, and a visit identifier. We do not connect these website identifiers to your Prompt account. A store-link click tells us about download intent; it does not confirm an installation.
We send selected campaign codes and referring domains, rather than full URLs or query strings. Do not put personal information in campaign codes. We do not capture form contents, email addresses, error messages, session recordings, advertising click identifiers or advertising profiles. IP-based geolocation is disabled; network providers still receive IP addresses when delivering requests.
On shared event pages, optional analytics also records the public event identifier, visits, organiser and app-link clicks, and share-sheet or copy-link results. Shared links do not include the sender’s account or personal recommendation. A share-sheet result does not confirm delivery, and an app-link click does not confirm that the app opened.
Analytics storage uses your browser’s session storage. A visit resets after 30 minutes without a measured action. Your consent choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Declining or withdrawing stops future measurement and clears this site’s analytics identifiers; it does not automatically erase events already sent. Contact us about deletion. We also keep optional analytics off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Appearance and motion preferences remember settings you request. They are separate from analytics consent. Clearing the site’s browser data removes stored preferences.
Email and support
If you email us about a partnership, we use the details you share to consider your idea and follow up where relevant. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails. The correspondence retention rules below also apply to these enquiries.
The content-removal form sends your name, reply email, the content you identify, your relationship to it and your explanation to our support inbox through our API and Resend email service. We use these details to investigate and reply. The form page does not load optional analytics. An on-screen reference confirms submission; it is not a decision to remove the content.
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and anything you intentionally attach. We use them to answer and resolve your request, fulfill relevant contractual or legal duties and, where necessary, keep evidence of a dispute or security issue. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. We do not add a support sender to a marketing list.
Recipients and retention
Website-hosting, network and email suppliers process the information needed for their services. Authorized staff can access requests they need to handle. We may disclose relevant information where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Some supplier processing may take place outside the EEA or UK; the safeguards and supplier-retention information described in app privacy also apply to relevant support and website information.
Appearance preferences remain in your browser until replaced or cleared. Technical logs are kept for the applicable hosting/security retention period. Correspondence is retained while needed to resolve the request and, where necessary, for the applicable complaint, legal-claim or recordkeeping period. We assess deletion requests against those purposes; keeping required evidence does not permit unrelated marketing use.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. We verify identity proportionately, explain any lawful exception and respond within the applicable period, normally one month for EU and UK rights requests. You can complain to your data-protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the UK ICO. We acknowledge UK data-protection complaints within 30 days, investigate them and communicate the outcome. See regional privacy information for additional request and appeal routes.
Changes
The version above identifies this notice. We will update it when our practices change and provide appropriate notice of material changes. New optional tracking will require its own explanation and any necessary consent before it starts.
