Request content removal

Something on Prompt that should not be there? Tell us what you would like removed from our website or app. You do not need a Prompt account.

Use this form for images, listings, your organisation’s content or personal information. For your own account and profile, use Delete Prompt data.

You can also email hello@tryprompt.app. Include the content, your relationship to it and what you would like removed.

What happens next

  1. Keep your reference. After submission, we show a reference number for follow-up.
  2. We review your request. We may ask for more details or a proportionate check of your authority to act.
  3. We email the outcome. We explain what was removed, corrected or restricted, or why we did not act. You can reply if you think we missed something.

We review concerns promptly. If removal is appropriate, we check the affected website and app surfaces. Content already downloaded to an offline device may remain there until it reconnects.
